The Rockfort Prison complex was of a general concentration camp format. Rockfort Island hosted a large concentration camp under the control of the Umbrella Corporation. It was destroyed in the 1998 Rockfort Island Incident, which saw an H.C.F. strike on the island and a t-Virus outbreak. The camp commander was Alfred Ashford, 7th Earl Ashford.
